Building Blocks

spinTouch approached FLX Interactive to take their antiquated Flash based website and turn it into an interactive, brand inspired, lead generating machine. It quickly became apparent that spinTouch was missing out on great opportunities to grow their brand and generate sales qualified leads online. Since our client was operating in a fairly niche space, we knew it would be essential to optimize the site in such a way that drove relevant traffic and qualified prospects searching for experiential marketing solutions.

Design Strategy

The website needed to be riddled with visually engaging content to showcase the rich technology spinTouch utilizes to bring their customers’ guest experience to the next level.

The website design needed to:

  • Leverage eye catching images that reflected an extremely modern and future proofed brand
  • Incorporate various interactive elements and call-to-action buttons to increase site engagement and lead capture
  • Create visuals that supported higher level messaging without getting too technical

Developing a Brand

For spinTouch, the brand strategy was all about developing trust, recognition, and consistency for the company.

The brand needed to:

  • Have a consistent look and feel across the entire website.
  • Use a modern color palette and brand guidelines that were rooted in modern technology
  • Build the brand of spinTouch more so than it’s solutions

A Finished Product

Upon launch of the new website, spinTouch was immediately able to leverage the site as a way to speed up their sales process. Clients were able to download various demos, explore relevant case studies, and consume a wealth of knowledge directly in line with their experiential marketing needs. Within six months spinTouch made it to the first page of Google for ten (10) popular key words, increase search traffic by 430%, and saw a 6x increase in sales qualified leads.

With business goals clearly defined and a strategic marketing plan in place, spinTouch’s web activation went smoothly and resulted in a digital signage website that the entire team loved. We developed the website on WordPress.

Not too surprisingly, one of the greatest returns we saw for lead generation and new business opportunities came about from explainer videos that we created to help simplify the overly technical solutions. We made these explainer videos reusable across various key landing pages, newsletters, and sales collateral in order to maximize the content reach and bring in sales qualified leads.
