Background and Challenge

HIRATE has earned its place as a leading provider of advanced robotics and manufacturing solutions since its incorporation in 2008. Building their reputation early on through strategic relationships and referrals, HIRATE approached FLX to create a stronger online and trade show presence to create new demand, enable their sales team, and grow their brand.

Our Mission

The original HIRATE website no longer reflected the current needs of the growing manufacturing industry they supported. Offering more nascent technologies like extraction robotics, injection molding, and custom automation systems, FLX was tasked with creating a visually inspiring website that elegantly showcased high-tech products and solutions.

With long sales cycles (1-2 years in some cases), we devised a content marketing strategy that would showcase HIRATE’s thought leadership and expertise in order to retain clients and attract prospects. We also designed and developed a powerful sales driven microsite that served as a great tool in educating and engaging new prospects online and in person at trade shows.

Strategy & Identity

HIRATE’s marketing team was proactive in involving their sales team in our creative strategy process. We established a collective effort to develop a web experience that would enable their sales team and generate new leads, while maintaining the brand guidelines and identity that HIRATE’s founding team set forth.

The launch of the new HIRATE website and sales enablement microsite commenced during the same week of their first trade show of 2016. The newly established strategy of content driven marketing combined with interactive sales tools, provided for a winning strategy. HIRATE achieved a level of exposure unmatched at any previous trade show, and the flow of traffic from their booth lead to a huge jump in web traffic, resulting in net new business opportunities.
